Player Development
- We aim to provide a platform to allow all kids reach their potential.
- Following our player pathway, players will develop the skills necessary to achieve.
- We aim to provide all our coaches with the necessary tools to develop themselves & players.
Engagement
- We aim to engage & listen with all our stakeholders.
- Feedback from our youngest kids to eldest members is paramount to our development.
- Communication from our committees to our members on the direction of the club is key to how we operate.

- Our aim is to have a holistic approach to inclusion & value everyone individually.
- Participation in the club is shared equally.
- Inclusion at all levels from playing to non playing members is key to Ranelagh Gaels. We want members to feel valued.

Wellbeing & Safety
- Player welfare & safety of our members is central to Ranelagh Gaels.
- Consistency of care is our focus.
- We provide the necessary training courses for parents to become coaches to ensure the wellbeing of our players.
- We have a designated child safety officer as well as a health officer who provide the club with the necessary advice relating to health & safety.
